1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Systemflowops website and the services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Systemflowops is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Egypt.

2. Description of services

Systemflowops designs, configures, and supports AI voice agents that answer and qualify inbound calls for local service businesses and book appointments into the client's calendar or CRM workflow. Services include discovery, configuration on the client's systems, launch support, and ongoing monitoring and tuning ("Services"). Specific scope is defined in a written agreement or order form between Systemflowops and the client.

3. Accounts and client responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information and keep access credentials to any related systems secure.
• Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, scripts, and scheduling rules they provide for their voice agent.
• Clients must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of the Services configured for them.

4. Acceptable use

• The Services may not be used for unlawful purposes, including unlawful spam, robocalling, or any calling or messaging that violates applicable telecommunications, consumer-protection, or privacy laws.
• Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis — including any required consent — for their own outbound and inbound calling and messaging, and for honoring opt-out requests from their customers.
• Clients may not use the Services to impersonate others, harass, defraud, or mislead callers, including failing to disclose the use of an automated agent where disclosure is required by law.

5. AI limitations

• AI voice agents can make mistakes. While we configure and tune agents carefully, we do not guarantee that every call will be handled or transcribed with complete accuracy.
• Agents are designed to hand off to a human when a caller requests it or when the conversation falls outside the configured scope.
• AI voice agents do not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Clients in regulated fields (such as clinics) remain responsible for compliance with the rules of their profession.

6. Fees and payment

Fees for the Services are as agreed in writing between Systemflowops and the client, such as in a signed proposal or order form. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable per the terms stated in that written agreement.

7. Intellectual property

Systemflowops retains ownership of its methods, configurations, templates, and know-how. Clients retain ownership of their business data, customer data, and brand materials.

8. Disclaimers

The Services and this website are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systemflowops disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every call will result in a booking.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systemflowops will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by the client to Systemflowops for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as set out in the applicable written agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are materially breached, including any violation of the acceptable-use rules above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including fees owed, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless a different governing law is agreed in writing or this section is later updated. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Egypt.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
